From August 1st we are looking for a full-time night porter for our amazing reception team. The position is a full-tiem of 160 hours a month. The shifts are 5 days in a row, shift hours can be 22:30-08:00 or 21:30-08:00 and then 5 days off.

What are we looking for

You do not necessarily need to have hotel receptionist/bartending experience as long as you have the drive and ability to delilver a serice that goes above and beyond what is expected.

• Team player who can also help other departments in the hotel if the need arises

Areas of responsibility and tasks will include, but not limited to

• Host and responsible for all our wonderful guests
• Check-in and check-out
• Take bookings and other inquiries by phone and e-mail
• Upsell of rooms
• Bar duties
• Complaint handling
• Security rounds at the hotel
