How do I reach the hotel from the airport?
To get to Hotel Mayfair from Copenhagen Airport, take the regional train to Copenhagen Central Station: it takes around 15 minutes and train tickets cost 36 DKK per person. When you reach Copenhagen Central Station, Hotel Mayfair is only a 2-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can book a taxi through us to pick you up at the airport. Are dogs and cats allowed?
Yes, your pets are more than welcome in our rooms for 150DKK per night. If you would like to book a room with your dog/cat, please email us at email@example.com
We have a limited number of rooms that we allow pets in. We do have a few house rules to be followed.
- Pets must be kept on leashes while on property grounds
- Pets are not permitted in our restaurant area
- Pets are not to be left unattended in the room
When can I check in?
Check in is from 3pm.
when do i check out?
Check out time is 11am. If you would like to stay longer in the room, please ask reception if its possible to book a late check out. We have limited availability, with a fee of 100DKK per hour until 2pm.
Can I hire a bike?
Want to experience Copenhagen as a true local? You can rent bicycles with us from our reception. The price is 80 DKK for 4 hours or 150 DKK for a whole day.
Is there a bar?
Yes, we have a bar in our lobby. Where you can enjoy drinks, coffee and much more in our lounge areas or outdoor garden.
Can I park my car at the hotel?
If you arrive at the hotel by car, you can park right outside the hotel and use the “Easypark” app, or you can choose to park in the nearby Apcoa/Europark Parking area on Vesterbrogade 23 – a short walk away from the hotel. Day tickets are for sale at the Front desk for 250 DKK, and the ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. IMPORTANT: Please note you need to pick up your parking ticket from the Front desk BEOFRE* parking your car.
Is smoking permitted?
At Hotel Mayfair smoking is strictly forbidden. There is a 2,000 DKK fine for smoking in the rooms, and a 10,000 DKK fine for activating the smoke alarms.
Can I add an extra bed in the room?
We are not able to add an extra bed to your room; however, Suites and Deluxe rooms come with a sofa which can be turned into a sofa bed and accommodates 1 adult or 2 children between ages 2-12.
Is it possible to request a baby cot for the room?
Yes, it’s possible to add a baby cot to your room (Standard Double, Deluxe and Suites) at an extra charge of 150 DKK per night, please contact our Front desk. .
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is no air conditioning in the rooms at Hotel Mayfair.
I have a question about my reservation, who do I contract?
For any questions about reservations made directly through our website, please contact our reception team at firstname.lastname@example.org For reservations made through other travel agencies, please contact the travel agent.
Do you have accessible rooms for people with disabilities?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer disabled-friendly conditions or rooms, since we are housed in an old building. Due to the building layout & structure, we are not able to offer the optimal conditions for wheelchair users.
How much does breakfast cost?
You can enjoy a breakfast buffet in our restaurant at 175DKK per person per day. Monday-Friday from 6:30an to 10am and weekends from 7am – 11am.
Can I pay with my card?
At Hotel Mayfair we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you have phones in the rooms?
We don’t have phones in the rooms, but you are always welcome to come and see us at reception, we are open 24/7.
Can I store my belongings in a safety deposit box?
We don’t have safety deposit boxes in the rooms, but you are welcome to store your valuables in the safety box at the Front Desk.
How often is the bed linen changed?
For long stays, bed linen is changed every 3 days.
What are the opening hours of the Front desk?
You can always contact our Front desk, it is open 24/7.
Is room service available?
At Hotel Mayfair we don’t have room service.
Does the hotel have an iron and ironing board I can use?
yes, the hotel has ironing facilities, please see reception upon check-in.
